Thank You
I want to take a moment to thank everybody who has been so kind and supportive to Eric and I during this difficult time.
Sarah...you have no idea how much the post on your blog meant to me, and how perfectly it spoke to my soul. You know me too well...to know that I needed to sleep. =-)
Christina...your concern for our family during a time in your family that is full of unknowns really touches me. My prayers are with you that the official signs TODAY!
Monica, Chanda, Julz...you ladies have become quite the shoulders to lean on! Our conversations have meant a lot to me and I look forward to a time when we can all look back, with our Ghanaian children on our laps, and see the purpose of all of the bumps and bruises we endured to get through the journey.
Liberia Friends...you have no idea how appreciative I am that you continue to care about me and my family even though we are no longer adopting from Liberia. You know that Liberia will always hold a peice of my heart.
GhanaAdopt Friends...I really expected some "backlash" because of our decision not to go forward with Juliet and Emmanuel's adoptions. Thank you so much for being kind and supportive with your words and posts. God bless you.
And finally, thanks to those of you who leave comments on the blog (Cathy and Ivey Family). It's funny--sometimes I feel as if I am typing a personal journal so it always takes me aback when I get comments from people out there that care enough to stop by and see how we are doing.
Love to all,
Anita
