My Song for Bright

Yesterday we got to Eric's work about 20 minutes early to pick him up. The kids had fallen asleep on the way there and so I had 20 reflective minutes of silence. I put my head down on the steering wheel and put the christian radio station on softly. This song--"Find Your Wings"--came on and I of course began to think about our amazing little Bright in Ghana. I feel these things for all of my kids, but especially so for Bright right now.
