MLK Quote

I've been reading with interest all of the Martin Luther King Jr. quotes that have been posted today. All of them are really good. But this one was especially meaningful to me. [Thanks CB for posting this on your FB!]

"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetuate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it." MLK

Preach it, Dr. King. Preach it.

Another great one by MLK! "Cowardice asks the question, 'Is it safe?' Expediency asks the question, 'Is it politic?' Vanity asks the question, 'Is it popular?' But, conscience asks the question, 'Is it right?' And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but one must take it because one's conscience tells one that it is right." --- Martin Luther King Jr.
