Winner Recipe

I tried a new recipe for Mother's Day. It was SUPER easy and a big winner at the family gathering. Layered Citrus Dessert. You basically mix Eagle Brand Milk with evaporated milk and lemon juice. Then layer that mixture with graham crackers and put whipped cream on top. I know it sounds sort of weird, but it ends up sort of like banana pudding, with lemon. YUMMY! The grahams soften so it's like layers of graham cracker crust. Try it! You'll like it!
