From Fig JK Internet Cafe
Hi all. As luck would have it there is an i-cafe just down the road from the guest house. They don't seem to mind too much if I'm in here with Bright for short periods.
The guesthouse is nice. The room is comfortable with the fan. Because it's been raining it is cooler than usual so the cold water shower was a bit difficult this morning! They ask what I want to eat and when I want to eat it and it is magically delivered to my door. Not sure what the cost is but it can't be more than I was paying for food at DutcHotel! I do miss the ice at DutcHotel though. For those that might be staying in Teshie area the guesthouse is called Maa Oye. The owner lived in Britain for 44 years and retired "back home" and opened the guesthouse.
Got word from the embassy today that they will tell me by Thursday whether or not we'll get B's visa on the 8th. Pray, pray, pray!!! It will be really rough if we don't get it, as I feel like I have to go home.

I'm so glad you still have internet access at (or close to) your new place! I am so glad that they are going to be able to tell you by Thursday about Bright's visa. I am praying, praying, praying that you get it and can bring that boy home with you!
