Caramel Bliss!


After a failed attempt with a 1913 recipe, I had caramel success last night! I don't make it every year, but my MIL really likes it and it is fun to make something different from all of the normal fudge and cookies. You can find the EASY recipe HERE. We let some cool and then broke it into "bars." For other peices we played with them while still warm and made cubes and balls. Later I'll dip some in chocolate and some in toffee peices. Yum!
