On the Road Again!
Just got confirmation from the consular section in Accra that they have sent my approved I-600a to the DHS section (DHS was even copied on the email). So our application should be going through the adjudication process again! Trustfully, it will not take the full 30 days, but either way it feels good to be moving again.

Thanks all. When I do the math, I seem mid-August as earliest possible escort date home. The person we hope can escort Kendi home is actually tied up end of July until 14th of August, so it might work out well. The escort would just be New York/Accra/New York. Not having any extra cities in the US will help keep escort cost down. And picking her up in New York City would be pretty cool for Eric and I. So...praying for mid-August now.
