Open Invitation: Welcome Home Kendi!
Where? Gillispie House (email or call for directions)
When? September 7th (Labor Day), Noon to 4pm
What? A VERY relaxed come and go "welcome" for Kendi
Activities? 4 rambunctious newly united Gillispie children, and at least 2 equally rambunctious cousins will be provided for your entertainment pleasure! There may also be foods for munching during any awkward silences that my arise. We've got ya covered!
Who? YOU! If you live in or near Tulsa and want to grace us with your presence, you're invited! If you want to meet Kendi sooner rather than later, this is a good opportunity. For one day only you--yes even you-- can hold the Eban House Ghana Diva. This offer only stands for one day! After this day her mommy and daddy will be holding onto her tightly and providing all care for the coming months (attachment parenting).

What a great idea! This is a wonderful way to gently tell your friends and family that you will be the ones to directly care for Kendi in the coming months.
Attachment parenting is the way to go!
Oh I wanna come!!! Why is Tulsa so far away? :) I am so happy for you that your baby girl is finally coming home so soon my friend! She is a blessing and is blessed to be a Gillispie!

OH its a BIG MAYBE!!!!!!!!!! Caleb comes in from Iraq that same weekend and I don't know what our WELCOME HOEM plans will be for him.
