Pumpkin Seeds

I think it's so cool that these--
clean up and become these--
are seasoned, and become these!
Gillispie Roasted Pumpkin Seeds:

2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
Add 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
Add 2 teaspoons Worchester Sauce
Add 1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic salt
Add 1 teaspoon salt (or more/less as desired)
Mix thoroughly
Place seeds on cookie sheet in single layer
Roast seeds on 270 for 1 hour, turning/mixing seeds every 15 minutes
