you might try embedding the video via HTML...
copy the embed code from youtube, click the Edit HTML tab on blogger and paste it where you want it on your blog...
Yeah, that's what I did. There's some sort of bug with blogger or my computer. Everytime I do it it shuts down internet explorer. =-)
