Random Picture Post

Just for fun, here are some random pics from the last week. Finally found a pack n play for Kendi and Ryder to use. I didn't want to pay the price for a new one, but didn't want a nasty used one either. We found this barely used neutral speciman from Craig's List for $20. It took about a month, but I finally found one! We've set it up already. Time to get used to baby stuff in the house again.

Bright is growing up so beautifully. He's really becoming more independant these last few months, and is SUCH a good helper. I love kids at the "I want to help" age! The other night I thought he was so cute when he got himself a pillow and blanket and cuddled up on the couch to watch American Idol with his daddy. He's growing up just in time to become a big brother.

My wonderful mom. Today we got a box in the mail addressed to "Kendi Gillispie." Kendi's first mail! Inside was this beautiful photo frame. We are doing Kendi's bedroom with ladybugs. I think we'll put the first picture of all six of us together in this frame.

Need something easy and yummy for dinner? We made this the other night. Nothing special but it hit the spot. Cook macaroni to slightly less than done. Brown a pound of hamburger. Add a jar of spaghetti sauce to the mac. Then layer mac, hamburger, intalian blend cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and voila! Yum.

This is Taevy impersonating a monkey. This child is solid muscle. There isn't an ounce of fat on her. She has a gymnist dancer body. But the child also has like zero coordination. It's so ironic that this extremely sporty body is matched with a very academic (NONSPORTING!) body.
Thanks for all of the prayers. Eric is still "off", fighting diabetic lows several times a day. We're watching him like a hawk. It's almost as if his pancreas decided to start working again. Weird! We've had a fun few days just enjoying each other and our children.
Oh, by the way, Bright just came up to me and said, "Mommy, Barack Obama eats cheeze-its." Okay....

Looks Like a fun week if you remove the hospital and sugar lows. I might have to try that macaroni recipe.
Hope they figure out what is going on with Eric, soon. My Dad has Diabetes and I know it is scary sometimes.
